Job description
AwardSpring is an established SaaS company that partners with colleges and foundations to award scholarships and manage donors. This is an individual contributor role on a small product team, working directly with peers in engineering and product partners.
Ship complex features end-to-end across products, drive technical decisions, and work directly in the codebase using agentic tooling.
You'll be comfortable in unfamiliar codebases, have strong opinions about good product decisions and craft, and be able to present ideas to customers, executives, and peers.
