Job Description
AWG-Driver Class A is seeking a licensed driver to make deliveries to member grocery stores. The role requires safe operation of a truck and trailer, adherence to speed limits, and knowledge of cargo securing procedures. Candidates must be able to read, speak English and operate AWG vehicles.
Requirements
- 22 years of age
- Minimum of eighteen (18) months commercial driving experience with a class A CDL
- No chargeable vehicle accidents within the past three (3) years
- No conviction for any offense, or violation of vehicle laws relating to negligent driving behavior (within the past three years)
- No conviction for any offense, or violation of vehicle laws relating to operation of a non-commercial motor vehicle while impaired by or under the influence of alcohol or drugs (within the past ten years)
- No conviction for any offense, or violation of vehicle laws relating to operation of a commercial motor vehicle while impaired by or under the influence of alcohol or drugs (within the past ten years)
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to perform the job
- Ability to safely operate AWG vehicles
