Job Description
UL Solutions is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician to install and maintain a Solar Monitoring System near El Dorado, Arkansas. The technician will monitor solar irradiance data, perform regular maintenance, and troubleshoot issues, requiring weekly digital logbook entries and photo uploads to support claims. Training is provided and the position is considered temporary with potential for on-site assistance.
Requirements
- Install and maintain Solar Monitoring Station (SMS)
- Uphold communication and ensure equipment is level & clean
- Troubleshoot low-medium complexity issues and repair equipment
- Ensure system security
- Take photos and upload attachments
- Utilize computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Utilize smartphone for site photos and communication
- Treat all data as confidential
- Physical ability to work from a ladder and with light tools
