Clinician - Residential YHC

Axiom Care is a Phoenix-based behavioral health organization that offers comprehensive services, including 24/7 observation, inpatient detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and recovery housing, with a focus on underserved populations. The Clinician - Residential YHC will provide individual, family, and group substance use counseling with a trauma-informed care approach, coordinate care with stakeholders, and develop clinical documentation of all services provided through client records.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field
• Licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LAAC, LIAC) preferred
• Two to three years of experience working in behavioral health or substance abuse field preferred
• Proficient in computer applications and electronic medical record systems
• Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire
• Current First Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Negative TB Test result within the last 12 months
