Valid Driver's License, CPR and First Aid certification, and experience with substance abuse treatment

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) in the State of Arizona, experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health preferred

Case management knowledge and experience, proficiency in computer applications, and working knowledge of twelve step programs of recovery

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family, Counseling or relative field, 2-3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse field, strong computer skills

One year of experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen, CPR/First Aid certification, and ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family, Counseling or relative field. 2-3 years of experience working in behavioral health or substance abuse field. Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

High level of patience, teamwork, ethics, professionalism, dependability, ability to work at least 1 weekend day/night shift, continuous learning and professional development, and action-oriented

Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field. 1+ year clinical experience, proficiency in computer systems, and understanding of DSM-5 preferred. Lived experience in recovery preferred

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or health-related field required. 2-3 years of experience working in behavioral health or substance abuse field preferred
