Clinician (LPC, LISAC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Axiom Care is a fast-paced, rapidly growing substance abuse treatment and sober living housing provider seeking clinicians to help us be the best provider of behavioral health services. We primarily serve low-income and justice-involved persons and work with all justice systems.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage Family, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university.
• Two to three years of experience working in behavioral health or substance abuse field preferred.
• Strong computer skills required, experience with electronic medical records preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, their loved ones and professionals.
• Ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret human service periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and analyze policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Working knowledge of twelve-step programs of recovery.
• Licensed at any level to provide counseling or as a psychologist in the state of operation (i.e. - LPC, LASAC etc. in Arizona).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
