Banking & Finance Lawyer

We are seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer to work with various Axiom clients across all industries, providing in-house legal advice and support on finance transactions, drafting and negotiating financing documents, and advising on domestic and cross-border transactions.

• Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Desire to provide excellent client service and an ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders
