Axiom is seeking full-time Commercial Contract Lawyers to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, risk assessment, and advocating for clients' legal and business needs. Requirements
- Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing law in Ontario, with a focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Marketing experience is beneficial.
