Axiom is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney to advise clients on commercial real estate matters in the Bay Area. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and business partners. This is a global opportunity to tackle complex legal challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of significant transactional experience
• Experience with real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions
• Junior/Mid-level lawyers with energy exposure (preferred)
• Experience with construction agreements (a plus)
• Active bar license in good standing
• Minimum qualifications: 3+ years of significant transactional experience.
