Axiom is seeking a full-time Equity Capital Markets Attorney to join their legal team. This role focuses on supporting public and private equity deals, with a strong emphasis on transaction management. Requirements
- JD with strong academic credentials and active bar membership in good standing.
- Extensive experience working on equity offerings and public company transactions.
