Insurance Counsel - Product Development & Claims

Axiom is seeking an Insurance Counsel (Property & Casualty) to join their Insurance and Financial Services team. The role centers on P&C product development, claims processing, and insurance/reinsurance deal execution.

Requirements

• Draft, review, and negotiate P&C insurance and reinsurance agreements, product filings, policy forms, and claims documentation.
• Provide legal guidance on P&C product development, compliance, and launch strategy, including multi-state regulatory filings and product approval processes.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams on new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with state laws and business objectives.
• Advise on claims handling, processing procedures, policy interpretation, and dispute resolution.
• Support insurance and reinsurance deal processes, including due diligence, structuring, and regulatory approvals.
