Mid-level Employment Lawyer

We are seeking Employment Lawyers to advise HR and management on hiring, performance, discipline, termination, accommodations, leaves, and investigations, and develop and update HR policies, handbooks, and processes.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. state bar membership in your state of primary residence
• 5+ years of employment law experience, with a preference for both large law firm and in-house roles
• Strong employment counseling background (more employment than traditional labor), including wage and hour experience
• Experience partnering with HR and delivering employee/manager training
• Exposure to international employment issues and working with foreign counsel
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
