
Job description
The Snubbing Operator safely coordinates and oversees snubbing units at the well sites. This individual will have an active state-issued Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement. The Operator will be responsible for directing crew members while rigging up and rigging down of snubbing unit, maintenance of snubbing unit, clean up/repair of support equipment, and the preparation of equipment for the next job.
Responsible for ensuring hydraulic hoses, equipment startup, engaging of prime mover and hydraulic pumps are connected and operating correctly. Has demonstrated knowledge of the function and location of all snubbing unit operating controls.
Must have valid, active state-issued driver license; Class A or B CDL with air brakes endorsement is preferred and a plus. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written in English.
