Role Overview

The Business Technology Analyst serves as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements. This role supports initiatives across securities and trading platforms, with a focus on systems integration, data flows, and process optimization.

What You Will Do

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for securities and trading initiatives, partner with technology teams to define integration requirements, and support system integration efforts.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Technology Analyst in technology-driven projects
• Strong domain knowledge in securities and trading, including trade lifecycle and related systems
• Demonstrated experience working on systems integration initiatives (APIs, data feeds, upstream/downstream systems)
• Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, and architecture teams in Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to decompose complex business problems into structured requirements
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical audiences
