Job Description
The Regional Director, Educational Services is responsible for developing and maintaining strong district partnerships, assessing full-scope staffing needs, and identifying opportunities for long-term, scalable workforce solutions. The position involves local travel and requires the employee to reside in either North or South Carolina.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
