Business Development Specialist

We're looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to help expand our presence across eastern and north-central Wisconsin. You'll shape Ayres' market presence by cultivating strategic partnerships, engaging with municipal and transportation leaders, and connecting clients with the right project teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Existing relationships with government officials in the transportation and municipal field in Wisconsin.
• A willingness to travel on a regular basis with some overnight stay expected.
• Formal training in business administration, sales, communications, or relevant field.
