The Audience Services Associate serves as the on-site front of house representative and is responsible for managing all front of house operations while maintaining the safety and professional standards of the Sorenson Center for the Arts.
Requirements
- Ensure the front of house and box office are presentable for events.
- Train and provide guidance and assistance to Student Audience Services Associates with front of house operations.
- Track and monitor ticket sales/registration for events.
- Oversee all points of audience interaction including greeting, reserved seating, accessibility, and concessions.
- Resolves questions and concerns in a timely and appropriate fashion.
- Generate a front of house report for each event.
- Review Student Audience Services Associates reports for accuracy.
- Understand and enforce all Sorenson Center policies and protocols for events.
- Set and strike wayfinding signage for events in key locations on campus.
- Serve as the front of house point person for crowd management in case of emergency and liaise with Public Safety as needed during events.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
