Babylon Dental Care is seeking an Orthodontic Billing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental insurance and/or ortho billing departments, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The role involves educating patients about their orthodontic treatment plan and associated fees, as well as monitoring pre-determinations and collecting patient balances.

Requirements

• Three or more years' experience in dental insurance and/or ortho billing departments
• Flexibility regarding scheduling
• Experience providing exceptional hospitality-inspired customer service in a fast-paced practice
• Excellent attention to detail and high follow through
• Ability to calculate percentages accurately and quickly
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish welcomed
