QA Engineering Manager (w/m/d), 100%

We are looking for an engaged QA Engineering Manager to strengthen our team at Bachem, a leading company in the development and manufacture of peptides and oligonucleotides. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field, and several years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment and Quality Assurance (QA).

Requirements

• Maintenance of existing equipment: Maintenance of GMP status and control of requalification and maintenance activities, including change control and deviation procedures
• Participation in project-specific qualification and validation activities
• Creation, review, and approval of overarching qualification and validation documents
• Creation, review, and approval of additional GMP-relevant documentation (e.g. SOPs, logbooks)
• Support in preparing, conducting, and following up on inspections by authorities or internal customer audits
• Analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, and accompany the implementation of improvements
