Pricing Manager

Role Overview

The Pricing Manager leads pricing strategy, execution, and governance for Badger to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and competitive positioning. This is a hands-on, working manager role responsible for building and scaling pricing models, analytics, and tools, while leading a team and partnering across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

What You Will Do

Owns the design, development, and continuous refinement of advanced pricing models, oversees the development, maintenance, and administration of pricing structures, tools, and pricing books, establishes and enforces pricing policies, controls, and approval processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or commercial strategy
• 2+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated hands-on analytical leadership
• Advanced expertise in data modeling and pricing analytics, including building and deploying pricing or financial models
• Proven experience developing and implementing scalable pricing models and decision frameworks
