Job description
Lead a cross-functional team to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements through the entire project lifecycle of one or more subsystems. Collaborate with teams to deliver high-impact technologies for customers' missions.
Develop cost estimates, manage cost performance, develop schedules, manage schedule performance, manage team to meet technical requirements, manage risk and opportunities, and maintain a regular work schedule.
Requires strong leadership, technical collaboration, and risk-based decision-making skills. Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive work environment.
