Patient Services Representative

We are looking for a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to greet and check in patients, schedule appointments, and assist with office duties. The PSR will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, collecting information, and performing administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a healthcare position preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of computers and office equipment
• Patient-focused with the ability to work independently
• Capability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
