Job Description
The Security Officer serves as a safeguard to team members and guests at the Queen Casino, responding to emergencies, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction in accordance with QCE’s Service PACK.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 6 months of security experience, required
- Knowledge of Casino Security operations, preferred
- Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
- Ability to extended hours, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to follow orders and perform under high stress situations
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a State Gaming License
- Must have a valid driver’s license
