Job Description
Baltimore Ravens Ticket Services & Operations Intern 2026 job description: assist with customer service, events, ticket operations and ticket sales in a professional NFL team environment. Perform tasks such as phone coverage, customer service, PSL Owner Rewards Program support, phone solicitation, and distribution of ticket-related promotional materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Business or a related field
- Basic customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Previous sales and or service experience is a plus
