We are seeking a strategic and accomplished individual to join our product leadership team as the Vice President of Product Management, responsible for shaping and executing our ecosystem strategy, encompassing Marketplace, Ecosystem Infrastructure, Co-Build programs, and Employer of Record (EOR).
Requirements
- Minimum of 12+ years of progressive product management experience, with a minimum of 5 years operating at a Director or VP level and managing other product leaders.
- Demonstrated success scaling a platform, ecosystem, or marketplace business, with a clear track record of driving material revenue growth via partner and third-party integrations.
- Experience successfully leading international product expansion and tailoring platform strategies for global markets.
- Expertise and proven operational experience within the HR Technology (HRIS/HCM) space, including a strong understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) models and partner monetization strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performance product management teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the executive level.
