Salesforce Product Analyst

Role Overview

The Product Analyst will work with cross-functional development teams and business stakeholders to define user stories, assist the Product Owner with product roadmaps, and develop business cases and process flows. This is a hands-on role requiring in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector and experience collaborating with agile teams.

What You Will Do

Enable key initiatives, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and identify opportunities for business transformation and innovation. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders, translating business needs into user stories, and attending agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or computer related major
• 4+ years direct relevant working experience in the financial sector
• 4+ years of experience in product analysis
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platforms
• Experience in agile framework and Jira
• Industry certifications such as SAFe, CSM
