Outreach Athletic Trainer - Full-time

The Athletic Trainer I provides quality healthcare services to assigned schools and/or coverage sites, facilitating access and availability for all health care services. The position involves prevention, assessment, immediate management, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and conditions.

Requirements

• Follows all hospital and departmental precautions and procedures in the performance of job duties
• Provides athletic health care services to assigned schools, groups, and/or sites
• Documents, tracks, and reports organizational and administrative data
• Communicates effectively with sports medicine team members and athletic health care team members
• Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure and pursues professional growth and development
