Job Description
The Surgical Technician III performs technical skills and assists surgeons, anesthesia personnel, and other healthcare professionals in the operating room. They work under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring patient safety and effective care, including intraoperative procedures and basic patient care. The position involves daily patient assessment, care provision, and documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures and instrumentation.
- Maintains current knowledge/certification.
- Performs all responsibilities/duties required, as defined in the scope of service.
