Analyst - Operations Design

Role Overview

Manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business operation team and promote alignment between operations with the bank's objectives.

What You Will Do

Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner, drive continuous improvement, and lead a team. Develop and implement change management strategies, manage KPIs, and provide guidance and support to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of credit admin/control
• Proven experience in payments, liquidity/lending, regulatory reporting, and trade finance operations
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong knowledge of regional operational procedures and regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings to stakeholders
• Result-oriented and commercial mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
