
Job description
The DLP Lead will provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and support the mitigation of security risk. The role will involve collaboration with stakeholders, execution of risk assessments, and management of security controls across the bank's IT systems.
The DLP Lead will be responsible for leading DLP operations, managing complex cybersecurity incidents, identifying emerging cybersecurity trends, and advocating for the adoption of new security solutions. They will also be expected to contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
The ideal candidate will have deep data loss prevention expertise, a strong understanding of the operational value of enterprise data, and a global, enterprise-first mindset. They will be able to bring a sophisticated analytical thought process, interpretative thinking, and a comprehensive understanding of the organization's functions to contribute to achieving the goals of the business.
