Role Overview

Barnard Construction Company, Inc. is a heavy-civil construction company seeking a Superintendent to manage construction safety, project cost, and crew workforce. The role requires relocation and travel to domestic and international project sites.

What You Will Do

Manage construction safety, understand project cost and budgets, schedule and manage crew workforce, equipment, and tools, review timecards and invoices, and ensure employee compliance with safety policies.

Requirements

• Heavy Civil construction experience
• Experience supervising multiple foremen/construction crews
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Safety oriented, 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certificates are preferred
• Ability to function as a team-builder/player
• Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment
