Job Description
Baron Capital is seeking a driven Regional Director to cultivate and maintain relationships within the RIA channel, as well as Bank Trust organizations and Single and Multi-Family Offices. This role involves delivering growth equity strategies, providing consultative support to advisors, and managing sales relationships within a hybrid wholesaler network. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales and client relationships and will work with an assigned partner as a territory partner.
Requirements

- Travel up to 75% of the time
