We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to lead and scale the onboarding and implementation process for Base customers in Mexico. This role is key to ensuring clients go live quickly, with a fully functional system, and start generating value from day one.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Customer Success in a SaaS company
- Strong experience working with e-commerce platforms and/or marketplaces (experience in Mexico is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and outcomes
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
