Job Description
The City Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting live events, and handling deliveries and local errands. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative heavy role, hospitality, event coordination/planning, or a related field.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative heavy role, in hospitality, event coordination/planning, or other relevant experience
- Ultra-Organized: detail-driven, efficient, and able to juggle multiple moving pieces
- Quick on Your Feet: comfortable with change and thrive when solving problems in real time
- Personable & Professional: able to represent Base well
- Self-Starter: anticipate needs, follow through flawlessly, and stay ahead of the curve
