BASF Heerenveen is looking for experienced process operators to join their team on the development and production of innovative, water-based polymer products. The role involves smoothly transitioning automated production processes, executing planning, maintaining quality, solving breakdowns, and supporting maintenance. The position offers long-term training and growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as a process operator.
- Completed Diploma of Vocational Training in Process Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the chemical industry.
- Diploma in Personnel Management of the Company Fire Brigade, or willingness to obtain it.
- Good control of the Dutch language.
- Willingness to work in a 5-day shift (6 days work, 4 days free).
