Lead - Technical Development, FSL and Head - PU Application Development Lab

We are a leading chemical company seeking a Lead - Technical Development, FSL and Head - PU Application Development Lab. The ideal candidate will support customers and Sales on technical solutions, drive PMU Project management, and identify market opportunities in the field of PU Systems. Key responsibilities include establishing material & technical solutions, handling customer complaints, and managing resources with close coordination with TS & sales team to achieve defined targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical / Polymer Science & Plastics Engineering or Post Graduate Diploma in Polymer Engineering
• 5-12 years of experience in Polymer Industry
• Knowledge on PU system value chain understanding, formulation development, troubleshooting, processing / foaming & Post Molding process are must
• Knowledge on A Industry Value chain / PU system handling experience are preferable
• Knowledge on PU Part Design / Processing are added advantage
