As a SAP Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business processes in customer service and service process automation. You will work closely with our global process owners and digitalization teams to deliver SAP projects in the customer service area.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business informatics or business administration with a focus on IT
- Several years of experience with global IT projects
- In-depth knowledge of IT landscapes, particularly customizing and coding in the SAP S/4HANA environment
- Experience with methods and tools for interface description and data architecture
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Analytical skills and a sense of teamwork to achieve optimal results with internal and external partners
