This Barista position is a vital part of Bashas' customer experience by providing quality Starbucks beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and excellent service. The ideal candidate is a responsible and friendly individual who can operate in a fast-paced setting and handle customer transactions.
Requirements
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate a register and handle cash.
- Assist customers with information and complaints.
- Assist with stocking, cleaning, and dusting.
