The position is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills, comfortable interacting with various patient demographics.

Requirements

• 1+ years Front and Back Office experience
• MA Certificate desired
• Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort with interacting with elderly and disabled
• Strong computer skills
• English
