Stores/Facilities Technician

We are looking for a Stores/Facilities Technician to manage and maintain stock levels of all woodworking machinery spares, support the Maintenance team with general repairs and site maintenance, and liaise with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

• Primary responsibility for setting up an internal stores management system
• Review and manage usages of spare parts, ensuring stock always meets minimum levels
• Plan orders with supplier lead times in mind to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to place orders and schedule works
• Support maintenance department with any reasonable requests
• Assist maintenance team with planned preventative maintenance
