Job Description
Baylor Genetics is hiring an Associate Director to lead a team responsible for developing value dossiers and Technical Assessment documents to achieve coverage and reimbursement for genetic testing with US payers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with NGS, molecular diagnostics, and/or genetics
- Experience with MolDX Technical Assessments and demonstrated success with coverage of genetic tests
- Knowledge of the payer payment system in the U.S.
- Experience with new product/test development
- Ability to capture messaging and evidence into a single document
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively on complex clinical and economic matters
- Experience in medical writing with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience working with lab teams to gather analytical validity information
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Experience with leading teams
- Ability to deliver results, individually and leading a team, according to specified deadlines and project plans
