- Proven experience in leading workplace culture transformation, team development, and engagement strategies
- Demonstrated highly collaborative work style with the ability to partner with and influence key organizational leaders
- Lead the design and delivery of Talent and OD metrics and dashboards
- Serve as culture steward across the organization
- Build and establish systems for performance management, workforce planning, and development
- Drive automation, standardization, and process excellence across all HR operations
