Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or other human services field from an accredited institution or be a certified alcohol and drug counselor with a bachelor of arts/science degree

Board Certified or Eligible, 6 months of addiction medicine or family practice, and ability to interact with diverse population

2+ years of experience supervising associate-level counselors, LPC licensure, knowledge of CARF compliance and quality assurance standards
Part-Time Physician Opportunity in OTP Clinic
Board certified or eligible in addiction medicine, addiction medicine specialty experience, licensed in West Virginia or eligible to obtain license within 90 days
