Senior Content Producer

We are looking for a creative and ambitious Senior Content Producer to lead and inspire a team to develop and deliver multiplatform content for BBC Radio Lincolnshire's breakfast show.

Requirements

• Experience in working in a live radio broadcast environment
• Resilience and ability to work reactively under pressure
• Proven ability to judge audience need, react on the ground to feedback and deliver accordingly
• Experience of delivering digital content which enhances the radio offering
• Understanding of and ability to develop ideas about how the Breakfast show will work in partnership with reporters in the Local Story Team
