Job Description
Madrichim Staff is seeking students for a summer program (2026) at BBYO, the leading Jewish teen movement. The position involves team leadership, program development, budget management, and engaging in a variety of activities, from camp orientation to creating programs and leading events. This is a year-round position with ongoing training and mentorship opportunities.
Requirements
- BBYO alum preferred
- 1+ year post high school graduation
- Experience supervising peers, teams, or programs
- Ability to demonstrate leadership across multiple responsibilities
- General responsibilities for safety and wellbeing
