Job Description
BCAA is hiring an Assistant Manager for their Road Assist Fleet team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Fleet Technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, and operational needs. This is an onsite position based in Burnaby, BC, and requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in the automotive industry, with prior supervisory experience.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in the automotive industry
- Prior supervisory experience
- Diploma in business management or equivalent experience
- Certification in Automotive Mechanical repair or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable using technology, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends
- Willingness to travel locally to support BCAA technicians as required
