Job description
The Corporate Pharmacy Director will utilize clinical and analytical data to develop strategic pharmacy benefit options and serve as a pharmacy subject matter expert. They will collaborate across teams to ensure pharmacy strategies are integrated and responsive to evolving customer and market demands.
The Corporate Pharmacy Director will prepare and present pharmacy-related information to employer groups, benefit representatives, brokers, and internal account teams. They will also lead initiatives to evolve benefit strategies and pharmacy offerings in response to emerging trends and client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, 8+ years of clinical experience, and 6+ years of practical experience in a managed care environment. They will be licensed in Tennessee to practice pharmacy or eligible for licensure.
