The Director, Information Security is responsible for leading integrated security operations across the BCD Travel Information Security organization. This role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise security program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Foster a security positive culture by promoting awareness, accountability, and proactive security behaviors across the organization
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate the value and impact of security initiatives
- Ensure all security activities and decisions align with business requirements, policies, and regulatory obligations
- Apply a risk based approach to safeguarding both traditional technologies and AI ecosystems
- Protect sensitive information through the implementation and oversight of effective security controls
- Optimize the use of security resources to maximize efficiency, impact, and program maturity
- Report security performance, metrics, and risks clearly and consistently to leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive security documentation supporting governance and compliance
- Develop and execute short and long term planning to advance security program maturity and operational readiness
