CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

BCforward is seeking a CNC Machine Operator II to support manufacturing and engineering by producing production parts, new tools and fixtures, and/or development of manufacturing processes requiring grinding, lapping, or CNC equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
• 5 or more years technical experience working in a machine shop, programming and operating CNC machines and other metal working equipment
• 2 years technical experience in CNC Machining and/or Tool and Die Journeyman card
• Ability to perform Machine Tool Math (including trigonometry)
• Ability to perform detail oriented work and complete projects on time
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed
