
Job description
Key member of the Leadership team of a major business of BD in France, responsible for analyzing and interpreting market and internal commercial data to contribute to commercial decisions, strategy, and implementation.
Plan and manage revenue and margin planning, analyze commercial performance, develop management tools, contribute to commercial strategy, optimize Salesforce efficiency, manage pricing policy, and set up BI and AI solutions.
Requires excellent analytical skills, mastery of computer tools, interest in commercial activities, process orientation, and continuous improvement, team spirit, and adaptability.
